I collect bird stamps from European countries. I started collecting when I was a boy and continued till around 2000. I recently discovered Colnect which is a great way to complete my collection of bird stamps. I am not particularly interested in the value of stamps as I am not a trader. My main goal is to help other collectors with my swap-stamps and of course to make my own collection as complete as possible. I have relative much swap stamps from Hungary, Austria and Germany and ofcourse The Netherlands (not used) because I once started a collection of these countries. A new ambition is to get a collection of kingfishers all over the world because I like these birds but europe birds have my first choice. I also started collecting Asian countries and Noth African.
