The rating system seems to force me to use a neutral rating

Hi,

I had a trade with Moncef. He received his share and he gave me a nice rating. My share was sent but never arrived due to either the Canadian or the USA postal service. The fact that I did not receive my share is not Moncef's fault. How can I change his rating from neutral to positive? When I go into the rating link it seems to have only the fixed questions and does not seem to let me override the final question, thus forcing a neutral rating.

I saw a forum message that skyforger sent another collector a PM regarding how to change a rating. I wish to give Moncef a positive rating because he is an honest collector and a good communicator. Maybe my share will somehow appear in my mailbox but Moncef does not deserve a neutral rating for a problem that is not his fault.

Hi,

You've updated the rating text, so you know the first steps of changing the rating. And at the final step you need to choose the fourth option (I would like to change the negative rating I've given...). It will let you change the rating to positive.
