Mention related colnectors on your profile page

So, just in the part "Personal page Who are you? What do you collect? How would you like to trade?"? Or is there a special field for the name and I just don't see it?

Hello, me and my father, we have 2 different accounts on Colnect (verex79 & verex). My father doesn´t speak English, therefore I´m helping him with communication with other collectors (from my PC).

After approximatelly 2 years I was contacted by Mrs. Elena Dyomina, that these accounts are suspicious (but without any explanation), and will be deactiveted. She asked us for copy of our ID cards. I refused - I don´t want to send by internet any our private datas. Even after explanation that this are 2 different accounts and 2 different people (16 positive comments for my father and 5 for me), she still ask us for copy of ID, otherwise, she will deactivate our accounts......

Could you help me with this issue? Thanks.

I just tried to change my profile account and was given the notice that I have insufficient privileges to modify it. I don't understand why this is so since I am a premium member and pay 9.95 a month.

@ThomasDriver - your "insufficient privileges" problem might be the same one that's discussed in this thread.

@verex @verex79 When we have suspicions relating to account use on Colnect, our first step is to ask for a photo ID. This is done for a few members each month and always for good reasons. We try our best to ensure our community's safety and spend efforts doing so. You may refuse and have your Colnect account deactivated instead.
