Which countries no longer allow stamps on mail?

It appears that some countries no longer allow the use of postage stamps on mail (even though they may still produce stamps), for example:

-Pakistan (Pakistan Post) announced around May 2020 that stamp on INTERNATIONAL mail from Pakistan to other countries is no longer allowed (so it seems only stamps on domestic mail are allowed)

-Iran (Post Company of the I.R. Iran) no longer allows stamps on any mail even though it still produces them

Have collectors heard of other countries not allowing stamps on mail anymore?

In most cases the restrictions are to use of stamps on registered mail, but some countries are now not allowing them for any class of mail

though this is the first that I have heard of Iran not allowing use.

And Denmark will cease using postage stamps completely starting in January 2026 if I understnd correctly, which means that there likely will be no more new issues from Denmark after this year.

In Denmark stop PostNord (official system, that started in 1624) sending letters 31 december 2025.'

Dao (a private company) taker over 1 january 2026

Dao have 2 different stamps: 1 for max 100 gram letters and 1 for max 250 gram letters. Both only to use in Denmark.

They is working for a new system for letters to othe countries, this shall also start 1 january 2026
