While we use this forum to report suspicious fraudsters who are collectors, this is a different case. David Avetisyan were contracted to help us improve our mobile apps in the beginning of April. We use software to report work hours, which also takes screenshots but, as we trust the people we hire, we didn't really go in depth checking the screenshots. When we've realized there's barely any work getting done, we took a deeper inspection and could see the David Avetisyan, who claims to be a Flutter mobile developer, actually used automated means to ensure his time is being logged.

When confronted about the fraud he committed, David Avetisyan decided to block us. His legal name is Davit Avetisyan.
We are currently looking for help to commence legal procedures against him in Armenia, where he lives. We will publish more details as this progresses.
