My name is Andy. I live in Philippines, and I am a banknote collector. My area of interest is for banknotes in folders – preferably officially issued folders. I am an active swapper, and I also have some surplus/duplicate items for sale.

For swapping, I prefer to receive uncirculated notes. A swap might begin with an expression of interest from either side. If you initiate the expression of interest and I don’t reply – then you can safely assume that the interest is not reciprocated. Assuming both parties are interested, the next step might be a proposal in Excel format. If you are not an Excel user, then the swap might not proceed beyond this point. Ideally, the value of both sides will be about even. The next step might be to physically send the notes to each other. I am agreeable to send first if your swap rating is higher than mine. I would insist that you send first if your swap rating is below 10. Otherwise, we can both send at the same time.

Please note that the Post Office on my side is not currently accepting mail addressed to the United States. Additionally, if you come from an “obscure” country, then please allow me to check with the Post Office before we proceed just to ensure that I am able to send. Tamper-evident packaging and Registered Post is mandatory. Envelopes are preferred as I am required to pay a delivery fee for packages/parcels but there are no such fees for envelopes. Please also note that the receiver is always responsible for any Customs issues including import duties.
