The National Fund for Urban Development (FONDUR) was as an autonomous institute with legal personality, functional autonomy and own patrimony, distinct and independent to the republic. Created on Sep. 09, 1975, it was abolished on Jul. 31,2008. The works in charge of the Project and Construction Management of the extinct Fund, later came under the coordination of the Operational Unit of Execution Fondur and later, were entrusted to the Fundación Misión Hábitat (WFH), for the execution, administrative and monitoring of housing development projects
