Stamps OK, but slow processing and some stamps are missing. I strongly disagree with the practise of sending an incomplete order without informing beforehand. If contacted, maybe some other meaningful stamps could have been included.

El dia 11 de Noviembre de 2024 compré y pagué a este vendedor una lista de 50 sellos. Dentro de dos dias se cumplirán 3 meses del pago. Disputa abierta y caducada. Jamás habia dado un negativo pero creo que estoy obligado a hacerlo en este caso. He perdido la cuenta de los mensajes que le envié tanto por colnect como privados. Jamás contestó a ninguno y hizo caso omiso a la disputa.

Seller never sent me the stamp! I paid right after I bought it. One month later I contacted the seller to tell him that I still have not received the stamp. It turned out that he never shipped it! I had to open a Paypal case to get my money back. The seller kept my money for 2 months and didn´t even think about shipping the stamp or giving me my money back! Beware of this guy, he is a fraud!

Sent several messages but NO RESPONSE. Bought and paid for stamps but Status still indicates: Not Paid and item still has NOT SHIPPED. Wanted the stamps and still do but obviously this seller is too busy

I didn't get all the stamps. Many of the ones I bought as mint stamps were used and creased. I did not receive a refund. I do not recommend this seller to anyone. To me, he is a con artist.

I have received my order very quickly, however, I was very surprised to see three stamps I purchased (for $4) where then actually used for postage (actual value of these 3 is only $2.76) when I have had to pay for postage separately ($9). One stamp was missing and one stamp was wrong. I messaged the seller but did not get a response.

I did not receive any letter.

Good stamps but poor communication. It took over a month for the transaction to be marked as sent, and when it finally arrived a few weeks later some stamps were missing. None of this was communicated in advance, and my one query didn't get a response.

J'ai été informé du manque de certaines pièces seulement lorsque j'ai reçu l'enveloppe avec les autres pièces de la commande. Aucun montant n'a été remboursé. C'est la deuxième fois que j'ai des problèmes avec le vendeur, malheureusement.

Lors de la transaction, j'ai eu quelques difficultés de communication. Après avoir reçu les pièces, j'ai eu des doutes sur la partie du matériel envoyé et l'ai remise en question. Je n'ai reçu aucune réponse à ce jour.
