Nicht alle gekauften Marken wurden gesendet. Falsche Marken (selbstklebende) statt die angefragten (normale Zähnung) gesendet. Alternative vorgeschlagene Loesungen nicht angenommen. Non tutti i francobolli acquistati sono stati inviati. In alcuni casi sono stati spediti esemplari simili (ma diversi!) da quelli richiesti. Non sono state accolte proposte di possibili soluzioni del problema. N'ont tous les timbres achetés pas été envoyés. Certains des échantillons requis ont été remplacés par d'autres similaires, mais différents (par exemple auto-adhésifs). Des solutions alternatives suggèrent des alternatives non acceptées. Not all purchased brands sent. Wrong marks (self-adhesive) were sent instead of that requested (normal perforation). Alternative Suggested Solutions were not accepted.

Received most of ordered and paid stamps. Seller send two stamps as self-addesive version instead of ordinary gum, which were in his offer and which I bought.

timbres non envoyés (mais commande remboursée) car mon paiement paypal a mis un peu de temps à être validé (moins de 24h!) et le site avait supprimé les "frais de manipulation" prévus par le vendeur (je n'y suis pour rien!). J'écope en plus de sa part d'un avis négatif sous pretexte que je n'ai commandé que des petites valeurs… (elles étaient en vente!)

I can recommend Jacques for all other collectors

Some 20 stamps were not delivered due to apparent bank expenses. This is something I could not influence at all. The buyer should bear risks when pricing stamps. I cannot be sure in future if I buy something I really badly want that I get it. Sorry. Otherwise the stamps and delivery were OK.

Communication from seller was poor. He did not show any flexibility as he wasn't prepared to offer me some alternatives to the ones he could not supply. Altogether a fairly difficult transaction.

Note that selling conditions say: "Shipping in 3 business days", reality is 6 days.
