Two days ago I got a message that my membership is ending as there wasnt enough money on my paypal. Thinking that you would try again I did add enough money to it but seems that it is a one time try you do ??
Is that correct as I need to know if I have to start a new premium when this one does run out tomorrow or not as I dont want to be charged twice

Hello,
Thank you for supporting Colnect by being a premium member. Generally PayPal tries to bill you 3 times before cancelling the subscription, one at the intended date, then 5 days later, then 10 days later. As soon as PayPal will be able to bill you (if your payment details are up-to-date there) your premium membership will be renewed automatically. A quicker option would be to first cancel the subscription with PayPal and then sign up again on Colnect. Your membership would be then activated immediately.
