You are welcome to provide specific examples, where it's "allowed to create Issuers with more characters than in the NIF". By the way, the issuer from your screenshot is already present in the catalog, so it's needed to choose it from the respective drop-down menu rather than add anew (duplicate value).

You just needed to choose the correct value from the drop-down menu as mentioned. You can process that NIF now.

The first NIF includes the issuer's code, which is already used in the catalog; please, consult with the category and core coordinators if you believe it works not as expected. As for the second NIF there is an issue with adding new values in the Author field. It will be checked.
