Hello Drink Label catalog administrators.
I noticed that the Catalog Code values have been changed after definition. Why is this happening? I use the Catalog Code as a reference to manage my collection and it was supposed they be static (no changes). We know that some labels are pretty similar, being differentiated by minor changes - having static Catalog Code to reference them in our collection is vital to make it organized.
I don't see any utility on the Catalog Code if it changes unless it is a pure DB index that should be a different purpose.
In case of duplicate entries found later, I would suggest to redirect to the first matching register or, make that code available someway to reuse - never re-number the trailing registers (not sure if this what happens when a merge is done).
Please, can we make the Catalog Code unchangeable once a new entry is defined?
