This EUROPA themed item has been confirmed on numerous websites as being produced and distributed illegally. Other countries effected by the scam were Mozambique, Chad, Congo DR, Benin and São Tomé and Príncipe.
This item was illegally produced by Mayfair International Security Printers located in France and distributed through the so-called philatelic agency called "Marino-Montero International" and are distributed by associated British, German, U.S., Belgium and other Eastern European based illegal stamp dealers.
