I noticed something strange but I didn't compare with previous versions. I agree with Mário, with the lists one cannot add packets from brands or manufacturers that are not yet added, so the cells should not have the validation.
About the errors, I guess you refer to similar ones that appear with/without dot (.) or comma (,), right? In Portugal there may be also some packets where the names can be found with different text, specially old packets. But we have a manufacturer that has changed its name several times. It was "Alcântara", then "Sidul", then "Tate & Lyle" and actually is "Sidul Açúcares". 
Anyway, they are different names and all should be added.

The IDs in the NIF are the ones at the backend of Colnect. These were created as a result of imports.
If changes need be made, consider merging Duplicates, renaming using SQL command and addition using the backend interface.

I guess what tuixons wants is to remove those entries from the manufacturers list, since some has no meaning (maybe initial tests), like 1, 2, 3 and 4, and the other are incorrect and there is no way to correct them, at least I cannot do it via editing.
I have one question about that. If there is a mistake in one manufacturer or brand, for example, in a NIF and it is processed and entered in the catalog, how can we correct it later, when the error is detected?
Well, I guess this has nothing to do directly with the NIF, but I didn't want to open a new topic at this stage, to keep things together.
I would like to know how to change the fields Set, Brand and Manufacturer of the packets already in the catalog. If those fields had the possibility to add an item to the list (the plus sign [+] of edition privileges), it would be easy.
The following Portuguese packets are Sets (complete), but they don't appear in the respective section. How can I move them there?

Tuixons, I noticed some packets has the back image upside down. As I'm a sugar packet collector, I know the reason why you have done that, but what do you think about have the image in it's right position and put a note in the description field like "back side are inverted"? Sometimes we want to read the text, to see some details and it's difficult to see it like that. Remember on our hand we can rotate the packet but it's not easy to rotate the monitor.

I think that's the basic idea, tuixons, but don't forget the Brand. Here's what I have imagined, depending which type of packets we want to see - Complete Sets or Singles (Nominatives):
- In Singles (nominatives) it could have 3 or 4 steps;
3 steps - Countries-Spain-Nominatives/Themes (tags)->packets
4 steps - Countries-Spain-Nominatives/Brand-Themes (tags)->packets
- In the Complete Sets we should have 4 steps
Countries-Spain-Complete Sets/Brand-Sets->packets
The idea is to have Singles (Nominatives) by Themes (Tags) and the Complete Sets by Brands. So, in the first case, one option would have to be chosen (3 or 4 steps). However, if it would be possible to have both options, that would be a great feature.

When we enter the category, we see a list of "pointers":
Countries
Manufacturers
Brands
Shapes
Contents
Years
New
If we choose Brands, we can see a list of all brands, from all countries (which could be a mess later). But when we select a Brand, we have the view with the two sections (Complete Sets and Nominatives). So, what if we have the navigation in a different way? Like this:
Complete Sets
Countries (list of countries, to select country) - Brands (of that country, to select brand) - Complete Sets (of that brand, to select a set) -> Packets (will show the packets from that Set/Brand/Country
Singles (Nominatives)
Countries (list of countries, to select country) - Brands (of that country, to select brand) - Nominatives (of that brand, to select a Theme/Tag) -> Packets (will show the packets from that Theme/Brand/Country)
Is it possible or too complicated to have the navigation like this for us to test? But first, it should be possible to add/correct the brands on the packets already in the catalog. The pick list that we get when trying to edit the field can be populated with the Brands I have listed before?
