Tim was a very friendly when we started our swap. I have sent him all requested stamps first - value of 395EUR - in July, He got it on 17July, and gave me positive answer and evaluation. He sent me his letter without tracking code the letter was a normal one, he showed me a picture of it, but never arrived. According to him, because I did not wrote him in my mail, that Budapest is in Hungary, and he "forgot" to put it on envelope. I was for sure that a Dutch guy should know that Budapest is a European capital, but seems the elementary school did not give him enough knowledge. Afterwards, we tried to manage the second letter as compensation, but turned into wrong. I went down to 300EUR value stamp to be as fair, but he wanted to push down this value to 200EUR. I rejected it. I told send me all BERLIN stamps, and the rest is my lost. It did not happened. Later he offered me stamps which are not my interest. I got angry….and he disappeared for a month and when he come back told me that I am sending rigid msg to him. Also he wanted to share the 2nd sending cost, which was rejected by me as I sent him my letter by tracking code which can be followed via internet, and paid 5times more cost. So afterall waiting for 2 months and one week to get something he came back and repeated the same story that anyone can say that did not receive a mail...I gave up, he got the real NEGATIVE evaluation.
