Originally, these se-tenant stamps were issued on May 23, 1991, by 62 yen for each denomination (R97-100). In 1999 they are issued again by the denomination of 80 yen each。 This is the 3rd issue。 All these plants and flowers are appointed to represent many cities, towns and villages in Hokkaidou。
