Safari can not open because of to many redirections. Problem is on all my devices. I managed to send - by clicking on allert bell - then open message - and send.

When reporting an issue, please, always specify exact browser version and include screenshots of the issue. You may try using a different modern browser and see whether the issue persists.

I have the same problem using Norwegian language. Different browsers and different computers do not solve the problem.

Shift to English or some other language "fixed" the problem for me.

The problem may be seen choosing language "Norsk" and then open the messages or Forum. The other parts of Colnect seem to work as they should.

Hello all.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we've fixed the too many redirects error in Norsk, Português BR and some other cases.

Please fill free to send me links were you still have problems. Be sure to write was user logged in or no and the language used for browsing.

I'll fix found issues ASAP.

We've found the reason for this bug which happened only to users who should reset their email or password or real name. Please log out and log in to Colnect and if prompted to change your password or email, complete these processes. Make sure you have a valid email address receiving emails from Colnect and ensure you set a new password. Thank you for reporting
