Stamps missing pictures on Colnect

Looks like it's from the 1979 International Year of the Child set, and not cataloged on Colnect.

One is from serie "Sheik Rashid ben Said and Skeik Ahmed of Qatar".

Sorry - THIS is not the place to add missing Images.

1) If an item exist in our database without an image, you can use the 'Improvement'-Button to upload the missing Image. An Editor will check it, and complete the upload, if the Image is good enough and correct.

2) If an item does not exist in our database, that does not mean, that an image is missing. It means, that an item is missing. Therfore please use the NIFILLER.

Checking the newly added items on the stamps catalogue I very often find contributions lacking pictures - worst example of the last month is Germany, Modern Private Post Offices: 222 items added, only 11 (!!!) of them show pictures. I really ask me: What's the sense of it? It is easy to copy informations from some source (printed or online), but without addding the picture it is only half or even less of the work.

I would propose not to accept contributions if the pictures are missing.

Seems strange that a collector would rather have a catalogue without stamps added just because there are no pictures. There are also a lot of other stamps with other pieces of information other than pictures missing should these also be rejected?

This forum is so that member can check to see which stamps are missing pictures and add them if they have them. Is your silly proposal to remove all of these too just because there are no pictures?

I wish to contribute and send the correct image of the postage stamp.Serbia and Montenegro 2004 Col:YU 2004-05..Cancer is curable There is a completely erroneous postage stamp on this site. I am deprived. I am not skilled in the use of the excell program and I think that we should accept the comments of collectors who want to contribute to the accuracy of the catalog.
