The medal in French is a souvenir from the inauguration of the Statue de la République monument in Paris. The other is listed on Colnect as a Victory Medal of the United Kingdom/British Empire. Yours is missing the ribbon loop.

But the thing is, these aren't the full size medals, these are SMALLER versions of them
