Series produced by private dealers located in Eastern Europe using this frame are ALL sold by Eastern European based stamp dealers associated with Stamperija who have a reputation of selling illegal stamps (also mainly produced in Eastern Europe). All series produced and sold by them are in unused form again with NO evidence of postal usage within the Central African Republic.
Due to Michel catalog listing the frame in the general stamp category for 2011 (the ONLY major catalog to do so), it is shown on Colnect as "legal".
Authorization by the Central African Republic has not been verified. It appears that once again, Michel is being influenced into listing items by either Stamperija or the stamp dealers that are producing these. - Achetez:
