Greetings

I just realised today that a dear friend who died earlier this year has premium membership on his profile.

The collectors name is Tom Ahern and this is his profile https://colnect.com/en/collectors/c ... Saoirse

I am pretty sure he had an automatic renewing membership. How can this be cancelled can you tell me? I hate to think that this poor man is deceased and money is being taken from his bank account or credit card.

I am asking as a concerned friend.

The premium membership of the mentioned member is expired. In case of any further concerns that person's relatives may contact our support via email with a respective request.
