The obverse shows at center the portrait of the queen Elizabeth II, at ring is depicted the official name of the territory and the year of issue. The reverse of the coin depicts in each of the four quadrants of different colours in the middel ring a Greek god: Demeter for Earth (Cafe oscuro), Zeus for Air (azul claro), Poseidon for Water (azul oscuro), and Hephaestus for Fire (púrpura). The outer ring depicts the twelve Signs of the Zodiac to correspond to the various Earth elements, whilst the central circle shows an image of the Earth.
