Producer is unknown. This illegal stamp series appears to be exclusively sold by illegal stamp peddlers located in China. The designs are very similar to the Russian produced counterfeits in which case it is possible a collusion was made between the illegal stamp peddlers in China and the Russian illegal stamp producer.
