Description:
Grunay is an uninhabited island in the Out Skerries group, the most easterly part of Shetland, Scotland. The island is the site of the lighthouse keeper's house for the lighthouse on the nearby Bound Skerry. It has never had need of a local stamp service. Therefore all stamps created in the name of Grunay are considered bogus labels originally created for or by Clive Feigenbaum with intent to make personal profits from collectors. Some of these labels in the name of Grunay were used in a tax shelter scheme in the early 1980's of which the defendants were convicted.
