Description:: Bogus certificates of authenticity created by the International Collectors Society claiming these to be a limited edition are deceptive as many more were and are still being sold without certificates.

Although this issue was supposedly authorized by the Guinea postal administration, it was not sold in Guinea, but only distributed by the Guinea philatelic agency (possibly IGPC) and the International Collectors Society for distribution onto the philatelic market. This item was massively and excessively produced making it of little to no philatelic value.

The printer is unknown. Rumors say a printer in the United States with ties to the International Collectors Society made them.

Apparently the Guinea Republic was using multiple stamp agencies in this year.
