It was posted on Colnect and at some point claimed to be printed by Mayfair International Security Printers of which there is no evidence of this. If this were true then the mini sheet would have been produced in the mid 1990's to mid 2000's as this is when the printer existed. It is CLAIMED to be a 1979 production that again has no evidence to back it up. It is possible to have been produced anywhere between 1979 to the early 2000's. There is no year date inscription on the stamps nor on the mini sheet that they are from. It is claimed to be rare by some sellers when numerous notorious counterfeit stamp sellers have it and are offering it to this day in 2025. One seller even claims only a couple hundred exist. It is advised to avoid this "issue" and anyone selling it!

- All "Deluxe" souvenir sheets like this were produced by the British counterfeit producer. This series taken from the 1997-8 Princess Diana series. How the counterfeiter obtained the source imagery is unclear. These counterfeit deluxe sheets were and are only offered by associates of the now defunct Stampdile Network which was created by Clive Feigenbaum. BEWARE of fake color proof sets as shown! Anyone selling these should be avoided!
