It is claimed to be rare by some sellers when numerous notorious counterfeit stamp sellers have it and are offering it to this day in 2025. One seller even claims only a couple hundred exist. - All "Deluxe" souvenir sheets like this were produced by the British counterfeit producer. This series taken from the 1997-8 Princess Diana series. How the counterfeiter obtained the source imagery is unclear. These counterfeit deluxe sheets were and are only offered by associates of the now defunct Stampdile Network which was created by Clive Feigenbaum. BEWARE of fake color proof sets as shown! Anyone selling these should be avoided!
