ABOUT ME
I am a retired gentleman and live in Quakers Hill, NSW Australia. On Colnect, I am selling stamps from those countries I no longer collect. I try to price them to sell quickly,
PAYMENT
Please Note - I only accept PAYPAL. Occasionally, and without stating any reason PayPal will mark your payment as "PENDING". I am unable to send your stamps until payment has arrived in my PayPal account.
COMBINED ORDERS
Multiple orders received within 24 hours will be consolidated. Postage will be combined and any excess refunded to your PayPal account.
PACKAGING
Your stamps are supplied in a re-sealable plastic bag to protect against water damage. This is then protected by thin card or paper and put into the envelope.
DOUBLE REFUND
If for any reason, I cannot send your stamp (damaged, missing, etc) OR if it arrives damaged I will refund double the price paid.
POSTAGE
I use current stamps obtained from the Post Office. I do not re-use many low value stamps or stamps that may have been used before. Your item is sent by standard un-registered un-tracked mail to your Colnect address usually within 24 hours of receiving your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time as advised by Australia Post is:
- Within Australia - 7 to 14 days
- Overseas - 21 to 35 days
CUSTOMS DECLARATION
Where necessary, and if required by various customs authorities I attach a Customs Declaration Form CN22 to each overseas shipment. This will include the following:
Detailed description (including Number of Stamps) - Collectable Postage Stamps New / Used
Relevant HS Number - 970400
Country of Origin - Australia
Type - Merchandise
Value - The amount you paid
Net Weight - The actual weight of your items, including packaging.
RATING
I have previously given immediate positive rating on receipt of order for over 150 sales.
