I'm a stamps collector from Slovenia. I collect worldwide stamps. . I usually exchange on 1:1 base, just when the value of the stamps is higher I exchange on the value based on Michel cat. I also collect 2 EURO commemorative coins and I exchange them only for 2 EURO comm. coins. I have also few phonecards that I don't need and I would like to exchange them for coins or stamps.
