Minimum requirements: if you got an email from me regarding your transaction/swap, pls to ANSWER! It costs nothing. Socialization.
Pls follow the following process if you would like to buy any stamps or philatelic items from me:
1) Chose the items, put in cart. Pls pay attention of the size and weight of souvenir sheets or full panes, may lead higher postal cost!
2) If you have ANY QUESTIONS regarding the item(s), ask first me before you click on BUY ITEMS.
3) I will answer to your question with my best knowledge, based on special catalogs and sending image to verify items.
4) Based on my answer, you can keep or delete the item.
5) After all, when you click the BUY ALL button, the list will pop up on my account. I will select all items and sending image(s) about stamps for checking them. Pls keep in mind, that I can put approx 220 stamps in a normal letter which will be under 50gramms. The number of stamps can move up and down, depends on the dimension of stamps and the quality, I mean if you order lot of MNH stamps which have gum on back, maybe the weight of them will cross the 50 gramms.
6) Do NOT make transaction - ask first - and RUN away without payment, leads to NEGATIVE rating! Pls respect the seller's job and time to upload items.
7) Pls answer me, they are fine or if have any doubts, you can ask me to delete the item. If no answer comes to me I decide – as silence process – your answer: EVERYTHING is OKAY.
8) You will get a bank account and SWIFT code to transfer the ammount in EUR.
9) PLS: TRANSFER THE EXACT AMMOUNT IN EUR AS THE PRICING LIST SHOWS. MY ACCOUNT IS EUR BASED!! ALL THE COST REGARDING TO THE TRANSACTION/TRANSFER OF MONEY IS ON THE SIDE OF BUYER. I DO NOT ACCEPT ANY EXTRA FEE, SETTING UP BY BUYER BEFORE TRANSFER THE AMMOUNT.
10) Pls do NOT make payment - even we had a transaction earlier -, wait for my sign.
11) As the money is credited on my account, if will post your letter according to your request.
TO AVOID ANY COMPLICATIONS BETWEEN PARTIES MY BASIC PROPOSAL IS BASED ON THE SHIPMENT BY REGISTERED LETTER.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR REGISTERED LETTER PLEASE ASK FIRST, cause it is safer!
Choosing Normal or Priority letter for shipment the risk is always on your shoulders! When I handover your envelope with bought stamps to postman, I loose the controll over the letter! So i can NOT accept any reclaim or NEGATIVE rating after you have choosen Normal/Priority letter! The decision is yours, no pushing!
Since the registered letter arrives to destination country according to HUN postal administration's official website, my responsibility is over the letter!
