Mi cuenta figura como privada

Buenos días a todos

Llevo unos cuantos días, que mi cuenta figura como privada y no puedo acceder a mi colección. He comprobado que las configuraciones son correctas y nada ha cambiado. Alguien esta teniendo el mismo problema? Además, he observado que en determinados momentos el error se soluciona y vuelve a funcionar de nuevo, volviendo a fallar y a figurar de nuevo como privada en breve tiempo.

I've never had any problems with the account, but now it's showing as private and I can't access my listings.

I haven't changed any settings.

I can't seem to fix the problem at all.

Llevo bastantes dias con este problema y nadie me ha dado solucion. Puedo entrar a mi cuenta, pero no a mis listas de coleccion , intercambio y deseos. Lo mismo ocurre con las de los demas coleccionistas. He observado que esto solamente ocurre con la categoria de sellos, ya que si entro en otras categorias (puros, medallas, etc) todo funciona correctamente.

Lo he intentado en diferentes ordenadores, sistemas operativos, diferentes wifis y siempre sale el apartado de sellos como pagina privada. he comprobado la edicionn de los listados, configuracion de la cuenta y todo está correcto.

Agradeceria la ayuda de los administradores, ya que es muy frustrante no poder acceder a la coleccion. Envio las capturas de pantalla que describen el problema.

The same thing happens with other collectors' lists. I've noticed that this only occurs with the stamps category; if I access other categories (cigars, medals, etc.), everything works correctly.

I've tried on different computers, operating systems, and Wi-Fi networks, and the stamps section always appears as a private page. I've checked the list editing and account settings, and everything seems to be in order. I would appreciate the administrators' help, as it's very frustrating not being able to access my collection. I'm attaching screenshots that illustrate the problem.
