I am writing to file a complaint regarding multiple stamp purchases I made from different members on the platform. Unfortunately, I have only received one envelope so far, despite the fact that it has been over a month since the orders were placed.

The total number of envelopes expected is more than one, and I am concerned about the delay or possible loss of the remaining items. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this issue and helping to resolve it.

Please let me know if you require any additional information such as transaction details, order dates, or usernames of the sellers involved.

Francesco Romini [franc947] : I purchased a set of stamps worth $53.75 on April 10, 2025, which has not arrived yet. Additionally, I purchased another set worth $18.32 on April 1, 2025, which has also not arrived. However, I have received one envelope from him worth $16.44.

Mr Torbjørn Helgesen [Tobben63]: purchased a set of postage stamps from him as follows: A set on March 28, 2025, worth $21.69, which has not arrived. Another set on March 30, 2025, worth $36.15, which has also not arrived Another set on April 1, 2025, worth $12.39, which has not arrived either.

Mr Øystein Skaar [trolldalen]: I purchased a set of postage stamps worth $65.14 on March 30, 2025, and until now, I have not received anything. He informed me that he would send them one or two days after the order.

Guido Fußhöller [footy68]: I purchased a set of postage stamps worth $4.59 on April 3, 2025, and I have not received anything yet.

Mr Phil Mckeown [Whitby] : I purchased a set of stamps worth $13.90 on April 3, 2025, and I have not received anything yet.I also purchased a set of stamps from him on the same day, worth $12.11, and I have not received any message or response from him.

Ms skibumb4 : I purchased a set of U.S. postage stamps worth $13.55 on April 3, 2025, and I have not received anything yet.

The total value of the purchases is $251.59, which I have not received. I only received one envelope from Mr. Francesco Romini [franc947].16.44

You chose the unregistered mail in transactions with the mentioned sellers. It's not possible to find out whether a non-registered package was received or not, that's why there is nothing we can help with when unregistered mail was used. One of those sellers sent you items via registered mail and the package arrived, so it's very unlikely that the issue is on sellers' part, especially considering the fact that all those members whom you've mentioned are among most active sellers on Colnect and have a big number of positive ratings. Mind that sellers aren't obliged to issue a refund when an non-registered package is claimed to be not received. You need to consider buying only via registered mail, if so many non-registered packages don't arrive to you.
