it will be nice to have the option to: if i add an item in a list to be added directly to the Collection,

and in the collection to have the option to view the items including the lists or without the lists.

If you need to quickly add items from custom personal lists into the collection list you can use the option of merging personal lists. When you view items in your collection list and if items are also marked to any custom lists it's clearly visible under item details (custom lists should be marked editable in my lists).
