It is not possible to change the country for 1 or 2 cards from the country they are in. Than all cards will be changed.
Just because when you click on the button before the country I get a blank list, no countries there.
So how can I change the country than??
You already mentioned it is a bug. I hope you can fix it soon.

I just added a Portugese card PT-1993-0004. It should be under 1993, but it came under 1992.
The start date was 1992-09-01 and end date 1993-12-31. When I change 1992 in 1993 it comes under 1993.
So is there a bug with the Start date??

Is it possible to add new locations yourself?
Now there is a list with fixed number of locations.
But there will always be locations that are not in the list.
I mean something like behind "Series" , there is also a possibility to add new series.
If that can be made for the location as well, that would be great.

1/ You would like to write in new locations manually to the NIF and have them added to the list of locations?
2/ Do you still experience a problem with the date changing the year? Does it appear under the correct year now when you enter it?

1/ Yes, manually would be great, because I now already had to list/add/change locations that are not in the list.
Of course it is not possible to have all locations in the list. Therefore it would be convenient to add them yourself.
Just like the green plus add the end of the series, there you can add a new series.
2/ There is still a problem. The problem is the Start Date. The date you fill out there is where the calendar comes.
So if you have a calendar that starts in oktober 1992 and ends in december 1993 it will be listed under 1992 instead of 1993. When you have a calendar that starts in january 1992 and ends in march 1993 there is no problem.
3/ Yes, still not possible to change the country. I get a very small and blank list.

1/ As I understand it, right now you can just enter manually a Location in the column. As it is now there is no scroll down list. tcawe said it is alright and locations could be added.
2/ The items are listed now under the year of the start date, that is correct. How would you suggest to organise it in the category?
3/ I notified tcawe and it will be fixed.

Thanks for your update. Still having problems.
1/ It is still not possible to enter a location manually ( and I mean than to write it myself).
I still get the long list with locations, with, I do not know why, dozens of "Chain", "Leningrad (Russian SFSR)", "Moscow ( Russian SFSR) ", "Pskov (Russian SFSR)", "Unknown"and a few others.
It would be convenient just to enter a name myself, like with the "Series"name.

It is only of use when the calendar starts in january and ends in march the next year, but not when it starts in oktober and ends in december the next year.
Mostly the calendars have a complete year and sometimes some months of the former or later year on it. I think they should be listed under the complete year that is on the calendar.

I will try later today if it works well now, I have to change a country, but have to add one calendar first in that country, because than it gets probably on the list.

I am still trying to move two calendars from one country to another.
I have added specially two cards with Poland, although they do not belong there.
But just to have the country available.
When I go to the card that has to be changed I do not see Poland in the list.
Perhaps this takes some time before it is visable?
The calendars that are now in Poland can be changed to Czech republic, that is no problem, just the other two.
But when I look at other calendars, there I do not find Poland in the list either.
Perhaps there is still some kind of bug.

Regarding the addition of locations, there is the option to add those in the back end. Please try this link and let me know if that works for you.

With me there is nothing at the back end.
I only have a button at the front and there I get the list with fixed locations, nothing can be changed there.
I would like something what is at the back end with Series, there you can fill out what you need.
Or am I missing something?

Another question, it is not posible to write a / in the Printing Code column.
Also it is not possible to fill out these codes once the calendar is on Colnect.

If you are able to see the link, you will see that there is an option to write in locations in a box on the top with instructions on how to do so. If you would like, I can resend the link to you in a PM.
Maybe I am misunderstanding something. Where would you like to change/add location names? For new items you can insert the location on the NIF. If you would like to add locations to the list you can use the back end link. The option to rename or add as in series does not exist now in location. It is possible to add that option but it creates a lot of disorder as many people use it incorrectly and will use the + option instead the renaming and so on, so we rather not to.
