You are completely correct. I have verified the name Marina Kostic [ficus] had the exact same address so I'll change the title of this post now. This is the reason the mailing address is included in these posts.

Though we don't say publicly anyone is a cheater and thief, we can say that having many accounts with negative ratings should arise some suspicion as to the person's good intentions.

If any collectors from Serbia would like to take the opportunity to inform the local police, it may not be a bad idea.

I have suggested some time ago to contact local police in case of massive cheating, but people have responded that it would be extremely hard to evidence fact of cheating. Moreover, even if you would be able to give proof, there is almost no risk for cheaters - total sum is usually less than it would be enough for penal offence.

Deactivation of accounts, black-lists and warning of other collectors are the best way to stop cheating at the time... but efficiency is still relative low.

Well, declarations from dozens of people who have been cheated could certainly help build a case. If the police cannot handle it, perhaps some lawyer can file a suit on behalf of all those who have been cheated.

I do agree that the best way is to be careful and following Colnect's swapping tips. Probably the best thing for a new member is to only swap with another collector who has dozens of positive ratings and send the package first.

I did today receive the cards from Marina Kostic. Only we did mae a swap with 50 cards from Seriba. I did received cards from other countries and some cards from Serbia.But, Police will return to a phone card collector would not seriously?!!

Glad to learn you have received the cards. However, that member has opened several accounts and have received negative ratings in all. To change his/her status, they''d have to get a lot more positive ratings.
