New Category: Admission Tickets

We're happy to announce the addition of a new highly anticipated catalog to Colnect - Admission Tickets.

We all attend events and sites, and at each entrance we receive a ticket. These days admission tickets can be have very elaborate, beautiful and artful prints. Passes, vouchers, wristbands, for museums, for concerts, for amusement parks, there's endless variety when it comes to this new catalog. Tickets from all countries, all ticket styles and ticket venues are welcome. The catalog already contains 989 tickets, all accompanied by beautiful images, and with your help, it would grow much more!

The catalog is coordinated by the wonderful Hernan Bofill [hbofill12]. We wish him, and all the great contributors of the category, the best of luck, we look forward to seeing how it develops

WOW! I am very glad this category! I collect tickets 15 years. My collection is currently more than 3,000 tickets. Now I will be more actively use Сolneсt!

As always, the initiative of Colnect is gorgeous and very correct because there are many entry ticket to be able to catalog and insert.

I welcome this new category, It will be a very usefull part of colnect. I don't know if I'll be able to swap in the future as most of the matirial in there will be unic, like the concert tickets, with sentimental and personal value for each owner, this is the way I see it.For example the first, and so far the only item in my collection, is the Scorpion concert in Thessaloniki in 2004 (I ticked it as a variant in the band's concert in Athens the same year). More to be added in future but they are just one of a kind, no doubles for swap.

I have some tickets from comic shows (cabarets). It's like a theatre but there are people (groups or single persons) who are comming on stage and telling jokes or makes funny stories, singing songs. We call it cabareton. It's quite popular in Poland.
