We're happy to announce the creation of a new role - Colnect Ambassadors!
The Colnect Ambassadors are chosen Colnectors who have the will and enthusiasm to dedicate to the help of the local Colnect community and promoting Colnect in it. Ambassadors can organize local meetings, participate in local events, help local collectors with Colnect issues and any other helpful ideas they can come up with 
As we are a worldwide online community, sometimes we need more of a local touch of a community that is missing. Collectors on Colnect can and should enjoy to options of connecting with fellow local collectors, get advice specific to their local needs, meet up in person and enjoy socializing as well The ambassadors will be able to help many collectors, old and new, to connect, and can help bring more collectors from their area to the Colnect community.
This role has been created following a great suggestion from Aris Germanis [syllectis], and a forum discussion and poll that you are welcome to see here - [POLL] Colnect Ambassadors.
This is just the beginning and we already have ambassadors volunteering and chosen for the roles of -

- Humberto Martínez [Qualimark] - Ambassador to Costa Rica
- Pelacanyes - Ambassador to Catalonia
- Davide Gambardella [redavide1982] - Italy
- Bodnariuc Mihai [Aristonicos] - Romania
- Denis Tsurtsumia [let-it-be] - Georgia
- CaseyP - United States of America
And we expect many more bright collectors to join, as we define and develop more and more these roles.
A new Ambassadors Forum has been created for all Ambassador related issues.
