I have been collecting stamps on and off since I was a child (that's around 50 years now!). I collect world-wide stamps (mostly used) and have an extensive collection (approx 18,000 stamps) which I am have spent the last 5 years cataloguing and arranging, going through the countries alphabetically (I have got as far as P !). I use the Stanley Gibbons catalog (both my paper copy and on-line) to do this and create my own album pages. I have a very large stock of world-wide stamps for swapping purpose and a large number of UK mint sets from 2001 to 2008. I won't instigate any swaps at I want to finish my catalog first.
