This collection is the second issue of a series of collector coins titled Spanish Museum Treasures.
The coins making up this series bear images of iconic pieces belonging to Spain's museums.
This, the second series, is formed by five coins, each depicting works by the artists El Greco, Goya, Rubens and Anton van Dyck respectively.
In this instance, the works depicted belong to the Prado National Museum, with the exception of one, which is kept at the Primate Cathedral of Toledo.
The collection consists of five encapsulated proof-quality coins presented in jewellery cases.
The coins come with a certificate of authenticity issued by FNMT-RCM and are available in three different presentations: individual; the Silver Collection, containing the cincuentín and the three 8-real coins; and the Complete Collection, which contains all five coins.
