Somehow the designer field has been corrupted, and i can not edit the field to remove the current text in the field.

Thanks for reporting, I'm looking into it

EDIT: I've responded in NIFiller, this specific NIF has been fixed, and an update to NIFiller that always shows the "edit" button on open lists even when the list is empty will be deployed soon
