The Dutch Swing College Band has endured numerous personnel changes in its more than 77-year history as one of the Netherlands' top jazz ensembles.
Although no members remain from the original group, the latest lineup continues to honor the tradition-rooted approach of the founders.
When the Mastering Engineer Arjan Rietvink suggested the idea to Release the 75th Anniversary album on Digital Compact Cassette, the band members and the DCC Museum volunteers were thrilled about collaborating.
The connection with Philips has always been strong. Even on the first concert poster, right after WWII the Philips logo is present. 2 Unique Dutch Products combined for the Ultimate Jazz experience.
The 2022 Release 75 by the Dutch Swing College Band on Digital Compact Cassette is a masterpiece in 48kHz.
