Limited edition deluxe proof not regularly distributed
The Luxury Proofs, of most stamps issued, were printed from 1923 to 1998 by the Postal Service.
These proofs consist of a sheet in the center of which the stamps are printed in their exact color, but not perforated.
These sheets, officially intended for holders of high state offices and some senior postal officials, (Тираж = approximately 250 to 300 copies).
Since 1992, the deluxe proofs have been replaced by unperforated gummed sheets
