This particular item was illegally produced by the Middle East Stamp Company who was in direct conflict with Martin Sellinger who was the true stamp agency in charge of all Michel listed Fujiera stamps in 1971. This "тираж" is not listed in the Michel catalog just as all issues produced by the Middle East Stamp Company are not listed. It has never been listed in the Minkus Trucial States stamp catalog either.
