je suis un fervent de COLNECT depuis très longtemps (marsouille78) et aujourd'hui, à plusieurs reprises, COLNECT a beuggé et m'a affiché le message suivant /:

Colnect Server Error!

An error has occurred. Please go back to the previous page and try again.

If the error persists for longer than 10 minutes, please report on our Support Forum.

If the support forum isn't available or the error is URGENT, you may email errorX @ colnect.com

Don't forget to send the link you were watching and describe exactly what you were doing.

Screen shots would help.

Hello, I want to report the frequent downtime of the colnet website. An error pops up, or the website freezes and does not respond to any instructions. It lasts for 2 days. Can you look into it? Thank you.

Any help when trying to connect to Colnect Stamps says Server Down[stamp][/stamp]

Same problem here. It always takes about 15 to 30 minutes, and then it works again. After the third outage in 24 hours, I followed the instructions (emailed errorX) and received a response that the servers were being upgraded, which isn't always producing the desired results. The team is working on it, and I'm confident it will all be back to normal soon.

Dear Colnectors,

Thank you all for reporting. Don't worry, it happens sometimes when our developers make updates and upgrades on Colnect. Such things usually don't last for too long.

Dobrý den, Už asi 4 dni mi vznechava táto stranka vzpne a po asi 10 minutách zas ide zas niekolko minut a zas nejde a takto to ide as 4 dni čo mám spraviť dakujem

The problem happened because of the hardware issue. It is now fixed. Sorry for the possible inconveniences.

Hi,

lately I have been experiencing a lot of problems with colnect. It won't load or make any action while on site. It is really getting on my nerves and I'm thinking about stopping my membership since I can't work properly on it.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I'm in the same boat, Recently there have been several server error messages and outages . Also i continue to experience listing losses in the Marketplace.

The issue with downtimes was fixed as mentioned above. There are still known issues with images being not displayed and sale listings renewal. These issues will be investigated and fixed too.
