It is noted that this counterfeit was produced by Mayfair International Security Printers as their logo is right on it. It proves a known illegal stamp producer who was the owner of Mayfair and the long defunct stamp agency France Philatelie is the producer of all the 1999 illegal stamps in the name of Madagascar.
