Although listed in Sn, this item has been denounced by Yt as illegally produced without the authorization of the postal administration. They were produced by Mayfair International Security Printers located in France and distributed through the so-called philatelic agencies called "France Philatèlie" és "France Philatèlie 2000" owned and run by Mr. Juan Carlos Morino Montero. A notorious illegal stamp producer located in the UK.
