Issue 14. Valid in the Czechoslovak territory from 28.10.1918. Valid in the Czech lands until 20.1.1919, in Slovakia only until 31.12.1918. There is also perforation 13; 13 1/2; 14 and rarely 13 1/2: 12 1/2. After soaking the stamp in water, the underprint will be washed off!
