You might want to have specific lists from Colnect available for you offline. Simply click "Export" on any item list page and your browser will offer you to download the file.

Premium members can export up to 10,000 items at most. Other members are limited to 100 items at most.

How do I export a list?

Click the "Export" icon to export the list you are currently viewing. When exporting a list of coins or philatelic products you need to additionally choose whether to include or exclude minor variants.

The export icon will turn into an "OK" icon to confirm the list has been exported to your computer.

See the downloaded file on your browser.

Google Chrome

On a Chrome browser you will see the downloaded file appear at the bottom of the window in a new download bar.

Mozilla Firefox

On a Firefox browser a new window will appear. Click "OK" to open or save the file.

Click the downward arrow on the right side of the top bar to see your downloaded file.

Internet Explorer

On an Internet Explorer browser a download bar will appear on the bottom of the window. Choose an option to open or save the file on your computer.

The downloaded file is a text file containing comma-separated values. You are advised to use a spreadsheet editor (such as MS-Excel or OpenOffice Calc) to open, view and possibly print it.

NOTE: you may need to set Unicode (UTF-8) encoding in your editor to view the file correctly. Using a different encoding may show some characters incorrectly. Make sure the setting is for comma separated values, as shown here below.

You will see the exported list appear in this way.

NOTE: while long lists are divided to pages when viewed online on Colnect, they will be downloaded into a single file.
