5 Cent Plate I
A very carefully manufactured printing plate with sharp prints. With some stamps the upper outer framing line on the right is clearly touched up or continues slightly. Some stamps have an open bottom right corner. No retouches in the inner corners.
NVPH lists 3 stamps from this plate (NVPH 1a-1c).
Variant NVPH NL 1c:
