My name is Lo-Jseng Lu. I live in Taipei Taiwan. 
Mostly my stamps and phone cards collection is in used so I prefer used stamps and phone cards first.
I only collect some countries stamps and phone cards, and put the rest countries stamps and phone cards in my swap list hope use them can swap more stamps and phone cards in my wish list,
I'll be pleased to hear from anyone who wishes to trade stamps and phone cards with me on a 1:1 basis.
I do not separate complete sets, when I noted "set of XX" if you want please choice the complete set.
